Education and training is one of the keys to Sustainable Tourism. Therefore, Christian Baumgartner / response & ability has long been active in this field.

In addition to regular lectures, training sessions, and curriculum development (see also Experience in ‘Teaching and Training’), education focuses on a gamified approach using role-playing and strategy games or events based on the Design Thinking methodology.
